To get fine semolina and pure course by removing scratch grinds and specks.

This is one necessary machine for wheat flour milling project which need produce Semolina for Pasta or macaroni.

Priciple of operation

The electric vibrators create directed linear vibrations in the two parallel sieve boxes,which are securely connected to each other and mounted on four hollow rubber springs.

The product,fed through both intake ports is distributed over the entire width of the top sieve layer by the feed device.

The vibrations and the aspiration air which passes through the sieves effect a product sifting and a product separation

Pure coarse and fine semolina fall through the sieves and are collected in te vibration gullies below the sieve boxes and fed to the outlet ports

The semolina particles afflicted with bran pass over the sieve edge,the bran will removed by the aspiration.
