The main functions of flour mill as follows:
1. Breaking

Impact detacher have btute force and original style. The brute corce detacher is used for the stocks before the front reduction into the square plansifter. these stocks are fairly clean. so we can hit it strongly to increase the rate of the high-quality products. The original detacher is used in back reduction The quality of the stocks here are poor, so they can be hit slightly.

3. screen machinery
  Square plat sifter bran finisher and bran brush are screen mechanical. clarified the skin, heart gringding, slag gringding which are waiting for grading
4. square plansifter
  square plansifter is equipped with some screening rute, and separate the grading material after break, deduction and sizing in rank. at last sift out the finished flour. the principle of square plansifter is that symmatical screen box on both sides do horizontal rotary movement under the effect of the middle transmission, which therefore promote stock movement. Because of the difference of various stocks’ physical properties, they automactically rank from up to down. It can achieve the effect pf various stocks.

5. purifier
   Purifier is through its own vibration and low-pressure tubine of the wind to select out the wheat residue, middling and hard dunst, further selet the pure endosperm.
6. bran brush
  By rapid rotation of plate and brush broom, chip or brush out the endosperm adhere to the bran, and separated by the screen. so it can enhance the grinding efficiency and save power consumption.
